Managing Director
Lachie has over 20 years of experience—more than half of which he’s spent at the SES helm, building and leading a strong and capable team. His extensive knowledge helps guide customers through our tailored solutions, ensuring they understand the full benefits of our services. He is a registered electrician, licensed security technician, and accredited heat pump installer.
Kristen
Office Manager
After more than 20 years working in construction administration, Kristen has extensive industry knowledge and insight. She joined husband, Lachie, at SES in 2015 following the arrival of their first child, assisting with the day-to-day operations.

Estimator
Leighton is a qualified electrical inspector with over 20 years experience and a vast knowledge of electrical fields. With this expertise, Leighton plays a key role in ensuring our projects run on time and to budget.

Administrative Assistant
Emily is often the first point of contact for new customers, so she’ll likely be the person on the other end of a phone call or email when you reach out to us. Emily also supports our team with quoting and scheduling, as well as keeping important office processes running smoothly.

As a licenced security installer, security technician and security consultant, AJ has extensive experience in the design and installation of security systems and audio visual solutions. He specialises in low-voltage systems, including security, networking and home audio visual.

Ben is a qualified electrician and accredited heat pump installer. Having started his 10-year electrical career at SES, Ben now leads a team and looks after projects to the exceptional standard our clients know us for.
